1. Inverted (ICSI) microscope with micromanipulator

Service StandardsList Item 3
1. Fully trained biopsy practitioner with competency records
2. Amplification rate of > 90% as minimum
3. Contamination rate of < 5% as maximum
4. Embryo damage rate of < 10% as maximum.

FeesList Item 2
£ 2500 Registration fees (one-off payment)
* Covers:
1. Site visit by our scientific director to test the biopsy equipment on your microscope
2. Setting up the unit SOPs for biopsy
3. Support in HFEA embryo testing licence if required.
4. Embryology consultation for PGD / PGS if required.
5. Record keeping for all biopsy cases KPIs.
£1500 per day for unlimited cases / embryos
Day: maximum of 12 hours per day.
